What’s the best software to run your business?

.🤔 “What’s the best project management tool?”

🤔 “What’s the best email marketing platform?”

🤔 “What’s the best course platform?”

🤔 “What’s the best webinar platform?”

I get this question all the time from my clients and business owners who are getting close to capacity in their business and automatically think, “If I get the best tools in place, I’ll automatically scale easily.”

If you’ve wondered the exact same thing,  then Truthbomb Time:

There’s no such thing as the “best” CRM, the “best” email service, or the “best” project management software.

I hate to say this to you and I’m sure that this is the same frustrating response that you’re running up against in your Google searches, when reviewing “best” lists and comparing features and functionality, trying to figure out what tools you should use in your business.

In reality, there’s really no such thing as a best-for-everyone software.

I’ve seen first-hand from my clients who come to me after spending thousands of dollars to set up:

💻 Business management tools like Dubsado and Honeybook… ❌ that they never used after set up.

💻 Project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and Basecamp… ❌ that they never used after set up.

💻 Email service platforms like Mailchimp, Convertkit, Aweber… ❌ that they never used after set up.

💻 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho… ❌ that they never used after set up.

When you’re busy researching and trying to figure out what the best tech to scale your business is, more often than not, you’re trying to solve the wrong problem.

The problem isn’t the tech. The problem is that you don’t know your process.

💬 How do you know if a business management software will actually help you manage your business if you don’t how you onboard and manage clients?

💬 How do you know what project management features are important to you if you don’t know how you manage projects?

💬 How do you know what CRM features are important if you don’t know how you manage leads?

When you don’t know your process, every software seems it’s the perfect solution to fix your capacity issues, get more clients, and automatically get you to the 4-hour workweek lifestyle.

But to have the “best” software in your business, the ones you love, that makes your business easier, that makes your day easier, and actually helps you grow – you need to know your processes so you pick the tools that support those processes.

If you’ve been all over Google, trying to figure out the best tools to run your business, and want to pick the right tools that will actually help you grow your business more easily, you might be a good fit for my Tech Systems Intensive.

Apply for a Systems Assessment and I’ll show exactly how you can have the perfect tech in your biz.
